BY AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEEK INDEPENDENT LEGAL ADVISE PRIOR TO AGREEING TO THE PROVISIONS HEREOF. FURTHER, IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF ANY OTHER PERSON, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE DULY AUTHORIZED TO BIND SUCH PERSON TO THE PROVISIONS HEREOF.
