Listing & Discount Travel Club Program
In addition to the Print & Internet Listings Program, hotels may choose to participate in multiple qualified Discount Travel Clubs such as America at 50% Discount, Encore Preferred Traveller and Quest Membership Services. Discount Travel Clubs are a great way to attract new customers and generate incremental room revenue. Just like the Print & Internet Listings Program, we will take care of all of the paperwork, you just choose what you want to do.
For a minimal administration fee, we will send one set of forms to be completed by each property, enter the hotel information into a centralized database, and submit your property's information to more than 100 travel publications worldwide and websites, and 13 qualified Discount Travel Clubs.

THE PUBLICATION LISTINGS service was created as a centralized distribution resource of hotel information for submission to travel publications offering complimentary listings. Participating hotels complete only one centralized listing form, which allows their information to be distributed to 14 publications worldwide in an effort to save the hotel time and money while increasing exposure.
THE INTERNET LISTINGS service is provided to help hotels get "on-line" and gain maximum Internet exposure without the time and knowledge necessary to research and apply for every available free listing opportunity. In combination with the Complimentary Listing service, hotel information is submitted to more than 100 different travel web sites and publications through the completion of just one centralized listing questionnaire, giving hotels electronic exposure worldwide.
THE DISCOUNT TRAVEL CLUB service is designed to help hotels increase room revenue through free listings in discount travel club publications. Participants have the option to choose from 13 qualified Discount Travel Clubs through one centralized authorization form. Since most of these discounts are valid only if the hotel is projected to be at less than 85% occupancy, this program provides a steady stream of yieldable business throughout the year, thereby helping to increase RevPar.
